INDGAP - भारतीय गुणवत्ता निकष यंत्रणा

 INDIAGAP  बद्दल :

GAP म्हणजे GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES .

INDIA GAP  हि पूर्ण पणे आपली भारतीय गुणवत्ता  निकष यंत्रणा आहे. चीन चे CHINA GAP , युरोप चे EURO GAP  व इतर देशांचे त्यांचेस्वतंत्र  गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण प्रणाली अर्थात क्वालिटी  कंट्रोल चे निकष आहेत.
एखाद्या देशात आपल्याला आपला शेत माल निर्यात करावयाचा असल्यास आपल्याला त्या देशाचे गुणवत्ता निकष पाळावेच  लागतात.
भारतीय द्राक्ष निर्यात दारांना ह्याचा चांगलाच अनुभव आहे. डाळिंब, व इतर फलंसहित हल्लीच बासमती तांदूळ , भेंडी  पासून इतर शेत माल हि  ह्या पुढे केमिकल रेसिडू तपासूनच निर्यात करावे लागतील.

म्हणजे शेत माल कुठला हि असो तो ह्या पुढे केमिकल रेसिडू तपासूनच निर्यात करावा लागेल.

ग्लोबल GAP हे प्रणाली सध्या जग भर मान्य आहे पण ती एक खासगी संस्था आहे.
आपली स्वदेशी गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण संस्था असतांना विदेशी प्रणाली ला महत्व का द्यायचे ?
INDIAGAP चे गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण निकष हे EUROGAP , GLOBAL GAP प्रमाणेच आहेत मग आपण इतर GAP प्रणालीचा हत्त धरायची गरज नाही असे मला वाटते.
शिवाय ग्लोबल गप साठी येणारा खर्च हा INDIA GAP पेक्षा जास्तच असेल असा हि वाटतं.


जसे इतर देश आपल्याला त्यांचा देशात निर्यात करतांना गुण निकष प्रमाणपत्र मागते तसेच आपण हे आयात करतांना का मागू नये ? त्याने लोकल  बिझनेस ला संरक्षण मिळेल शिवाय  आपल्या देशवासियांना निरोगी शेती माल मिळेल असे मला वाटते .

INDIA GAP २०११ ला अंमल झाली असून हे  लोकप्रिय न होण्याचे कारण सरकारी उदासीनता वाटते.
तरी शेतकरी म्हणून आपण शासकीय अधिकार्यांना विचारणा केल्यास काही बदल नक्कीच होतील असा हे वाटते.

FSSAI  Act  2011 - भारतीय खाद संरक्षा अवं मानक प्राधिकरण ची स्थापना २०११ साली झाली असून त्या नुसार भारतीय नागरिकांना हि केमिकल अंश रहित फळे व भाजीपाला मिळणे हा त्यांचा अधिकार आहे व त्यांना केमिकल रेसिडू रहित शेत माल दिल्यास ते कोर्टात दाद मागू शकतात व त्यासाठी कायदेशीर कारवाही ची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे.

तरी ह्या पुढे फक्त निर्यात करतांना chemical रेसिडू फ्री माल पाठवायचा आणि उरलेला विषारी माल हा आपल्याच देश वासियांना खाऊ घालायचा हि  मानसिकता व हे दृष्ट चक्र  आता थांबायला हवे.त्यासाठी बळीराजा लाच पुढकार घ्यावा लागेल.

मुळात शेतकर्यांनीच तशी स्वतःला मार्गदर्शक तत्वे बनवून घ्यावी कि खाण्यासाठी सुरक्षित असाच माल पिकावण्याकडे माझा कल असेल. शेतकर्यांनी स्वताला घातलेली  मार्गदर्शक तत्वे हीच INDGAP चा यशाचे सर्वात मोठे पाउल  बनू शकेल

रासायनिक औषधे, तन नाशके फवारून शरीरावर होणार्या परिणामांची माहिती बळी राजाला  देणे गरजचे असून त्यांचा कमीत कमी वापर करून सर्वांचे स्वास्थ्य जपण्यात तोः महत्वाची भूमिका निभावू शकतो.
पूर्णपणे सेंद्रिय शेती करून भरघोस उत्पादन घेणे हि मोठी कसरत असल्याचे शेतकरी वर्गाकडून  ऐकू  येते.लगेच रास्यानिक खतांचा वापर थांबवल्यास कमी उत्पादन , रोग व किदांचा प्रादुर्भाव होऊन पीक वाया जाण्याची भीती असल्याने  त्या वर पर्याय म्हणजे पहिले सेंद्रिय शेती व रासयनिक खतांचा समतोल साधावा  व  हळू हळू रासायनिक खतांचा वापर कमी करत जावा.

!! इच्छा तेथे मार्ग म्हणतात त्या प्रमाणे .

 INDIA GAP वर चर्चा सुरु व्हायला अजून वाट बघायची गरज नाही,आता  आपणच हा शिव धनुष उचलायला हवा.

DPCO list latest

Latest molecules added in DPCO List are attached.
In total 614 drugs have been included under DPCO list.
The FDA is releasing prices of drugs step by step.The prices of all products are yet to be released by government.

Flaws in DPCO :

Strengths given in the list only covered under list.
For.  ex. paracetamol Tab. is under the act but paracetamol infusion is not.

Combinations are not covered under DPCO List.
For. Ex. Azithromycin is covered under Dpco
              Ofloxacin is also covered under DPCO
              but Azithromycin and Ofloxacin Combination is not under DPCO
hence drug manufacturers get a great place to run away from law.

Cluster Pharmacist- New career Option in INDIA !!

Whenever asked for going to garden with wife, going to school on parents day of your son/ Daughter, going to marriage of friends, visitng a relative in hospital,
the answer of a owner pharmacist is fixed and is Sorry yaar i desperately want to come with you, but i cant...! 
Reliever nahi hey !!  Problem ho jayega.., etc etc reasons are normally given by Pharmacists Owner of Medical Store Owners due to Legal bindings on them.
All you can say is sunday hey toh jaroor aaunga !

Since the inspection of Drug Inspectors in Maharastra has seen rise many medical store owner pharmacists are under pressure as how to manage balance between personal and professional life as Pharma Laws demand availability of a Registered Pharmacist all time in the medical store whenever it is open.
 May it be a Road side medical store or Hospital attached medical store they are much affected of this legal binding. And a medical store may not always afford to pay a Extra Pharmacist.

So in Such cases 'Cluster Pharmacy " project may prove to be a boon....!!

What is it??

A group Minimum 10 and maximum 15 of medical store owners in same area come together to form a cluster. They should be located in same zone of FDA and should come in zone/ area of single Drug Inspector is the only important condition !!
They appoint a pharmacist for them all together.This will be informed in writing to local FDA branch. On approval he now is the official reliever of the cluster members.

In case any one of the group member has to go out of town for some days or he needs rest for few hours or he suddenly fells ill, all he has to do is inform local FDA in advance about it and our Cluster Pharmacist will be present in the stores for dispensing in the mean time.

Issues in implementing :
Many issues are needed to be tackled as this concept is new and may need refurnishing.
but this idea can be adopted after working a bit on it.
Some issues i thought are solved here as per my ability.
Solutions from readers side are always welcome.

• Reneumeration to be paid... How will it be? on per hour basis or salary?

It could be done by paying on per hour basis by the store owner or fixed day pay.

• It is not a full time career option..?

Yes, it may be regarded as Part Time job but for housewives this is ideal job.
For Pharmacist who are more inclined to job security this might not be a good option but those who are having time and need to earn can always have this option.This option will also offer you tremendous knowledge and experience.

• Is this real? Never heard of such concept of licensed reliever in Indian pharma Retail Industry till today.

This is just a proposed concept. The Chemist Association or The Pharmacist Welfare Association or other relevant bodies may have to take it forth to the FDA as this is need of hour.

• People will say that Full time nahi mil raha Part- Time Pharmacist kaha milega?

This idea is more useful for owner Pharmacist people and not Non-pharmacist medical store owners.

Owner Pharmacist really miss the chord of family life due to their professional life as they have no holiday other than weekly off.
Case of Non Pharmacist Owner is different as they are not bound to be present in stores round the clock.

After working and discussing with more experienced people in the field this idea might work wonders.

Free advice for new trekkers:

Most locations are rough i.e. only village name is given. Once you enter the area localities will direct you.

It is always better to have a guide of the area while trekking.

Quick research of place you intend to go will surely help.

At least 2 Liter water per person is to be carried along while trek is strongly recommended.
